Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms

I, the artist:

reserve the rights to decline, cancel, and/or refund a commission for any reason
retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample or self-promotion
will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commission work

You, the client:

are at least 18+ years of age
may not profit from the commission work in any possible form whatsoever
may not use the commission work for commercial purpose
may not claim the commission work as your own
may not alter the commission work without permission from the artist
may use the commission work for your own personal use such as printing and upload online
will receive digital good(s) only

All commissions are public unless you, the client, asked to keep private

Public commission:

may be upload and share online publicly as sample or promotional piece as stated above
with permission, the commission work will be shared alongside the client's username

Private commission:

Commission, Donation, Payment, & Refund Process

communication, image sharing, and payment will be made either through Twitter, Instagram, artistree.io, ko-fi, or e-mail
100% payment upfront
no refund unless I, the artist, unable to start and/or finish the commission work; then 100% refund will be issued
donation will be made through ko-fi

all content in this page can and will be edited at any time without further notice
